Epithalon (Epitalon) 10mg
Epithalon 10MG It is occasionally known by: Epitalon, Epithalon, 307297-39-8, UNII-O65P17785G, O65P17785G Unit Quantity: 1 vial Unit Size: 10mg CAS: 77591-33-4 Epitalon is a synthetic tetra-peptide version of epithalamin (epithalon tetra), which is naturally produced by the pineal gland in the brain. The epithalamin peptide has been shown to have a wide range of beneficial biological activities in animal and human studies. Long-term exposure to epithalamin was followed by an increase in the mean and maximum life spans of aging of rats, mice, and flies. In human cells, epitalon stimulates enzymatic activity of telomerase, and telomere elongation, which can be due to reactivation of the telomerase gene. Stability: Store lyophilized protein at -20 °C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4 °C for a limited period of time. The lyophilized protein remains stable until the expiry date when stored at -20 °C. Product is prepared for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used for other purposes.
